@Archimedes
Give me a place to stand, and I shall move your documents.
Archimedes reads what you have written, gathers what you need, creates new content, and manages your workflow — inside your Google Documents, and in a workspace with its own tasks, calendar, and school tools.
Not just autocomplete,
It understands you.
Ask Archimedes a question about your own writing and it answers, citing what you actually wrote, not generalities from the web.

Every corner of your Drive,
summed together.
Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive — even PDFs. Archimedes reads across every connected app and brings the pieces together, sources in hand.
Automatic changes
just describe what you want.
Talk through your writing with Archimedes, then ask for the changes. It drafts, rewrites, and edits — from a single sentence to a whole section.
Describe the loop once.
It runs for you forever.
Describe the job once and Archimedes runs it on a schedule: pulling Canvas assignments into your calendar each school morning, keeping your inbox organized, and distilling your week into memory. Every run is logged and reviewable.
One hand,
many instruments.
An answer is only the beginning. Archimedes can move between your tools, turning information into action: researching a topic, building a presentation, or working directly in your documents.

Connections are read-with-care and write-with-permission: credentials are stored encrypted per user, and Archimedes acts on your accounts only when you ask it to in a chat.
Chapter Six — The Whole
Not another chatbot window.
A workspace, with intelligence built in.
The Archimedes workspace: chat, tasks, a calendar that fills itself, memory for each course — plus every connection and tool in one place. Not another chatbot window.

The lever is ancient. The fulcrum, we place exactly where you write.

How Archimedes uses your Google account
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets & Slides — to search your files, read your documents, and create or edit content where you ask.
- Gmail — a separate, optional consent — for the Gmail Organizer, which sorts and archives incoming messages using labels you control.
Archimedes only accesses these when you send a message that needs them, acts only on your own account, and never sells your data, shows ads, or trains models on it. Credentials are stored encrypted per user and erased when you disconnect.
